We are looking to fill the following position at our Königstein location with immediate effect: Real Estate Financing Specialist (m/f/d).
As a real estate financing specialist, you will support and advise our clients from the initial property enquiry through to the completion of financing. As part of comprehensive consultation meetings, you will work with clients to identify their individual needs in order to calculate personalized, tailor-made construction and/or real estate financing offers.
In addition, you will act as an intermediary between our clients and a large portfolio of various lending institutions and, in this role, will handle, among other things, the submission of applications for the relevant loans. Through close and ongoing exchange with our real estate agents, you will be able to take our property portfolio into account at any time during consultations and thus contribute to expanding our client base.

After completing your vocational training or degree in banking, insurance, financial services, or a similar field, you have already had the opportunity to gain experience in construction and/or real estate financing. Ideally, you have passed the professional competence examination pursuant to §34i GewO, or you are willing to obtain it with our support. With your expertise in financial services and your experience in customer support, you communicate confidently in discussions with clients and demonstrate a strong sales orientation. Professional, solution-oriented advice is important to you, which is why you make it a priority to regularly keep up to date with current developments in financial services and/or real estate financing.
