Social commitment is important. This is what the Claus Blumenauer Immobilien team stands for. We want to give back some of our success. That is why we work together for charitable causes and regularly support various foundations, schools, and associations in the region.

The Kronberg Academy is a training center and place of inspiration for musicians of all generations. It brings together exceptional talents with the great artists of our time, so that they can pass on their experiences, ideas, and values and support them in maturing as artists. In this way, it creates a place where musical values are lived, musical ideas ignite, a new generation of musical pioneers grows, and we can experience classical music in all its power and beauty up close.
Since the founding of the Association for Social Commitment (IVD Sozial e.V.) by the IVD general assembly, the “brotZeit” project has been supported. Thanks to the
generous willingness to donate from our members and IVD friends, we have been able to contribute more than 80,000 euros to the brotZeit e.V. association to date.
