Some conversations stay with you—because they are honest. The discussion surrounding the book “Machtgebiete” showed me once again how varied the perception of women in leadership positions still is. 🤍

It was about experiences, about what is visible—and about what often remains unspoken. This is exactly why we need spaces where people listen openly and where different perspectives have their place. 💬
