What does it take for German companies in China not only to establish themselves, but to truly arrive?
The answer lies in a remarkable combination of digitalisation, a welcoming culture, and strategic clarity.

\u25b6\ufe0f In the interactive Welcome Centres, for example, it is not just about providing information \u2013 it is about visualising and creating an emotional connection.
Complex projects are already prepared in German and can be experienced on site through elaborately produced 3D models, animations, and plans.
A genuine vision of the future that not only fascinates \u2013 but also makes decisions more tangible.

\ud83c\udfd9 Whether in Guizhou, Nanjing or Shanghai: the future industries are clearly defined, sites are designated, contracts are negotiable \u2013 from the purchase of land through to the city\u2019s participation.
Local economic development agencies support the entire process personally and over the long term.

And: the well-being of expats is also taken into account.
From German restaurants and an in-house brewery to Oktoberfest \u2013 with everything that goes with it.

That brings me to the question:
How does this change our work in Germany as well?
If projects are now presented digitally in such a true-to-life way \u2013 will we still need the classic on-site appointment in the future? Or will we soon meet in a virtual reality studio with an LED wall to make decisions?

\ud83d\udd0e Digitalisation shows: anyone setting up operations today is not just planning a location \u2013 but an experience.
And the real estate market must keep pace.
