This trust is the most important benchmark for me.  <br><br>The marketing of existing properties, especially residential space for owner-occupiers, significantly shaped the year. Here, the focus was less on speed and more on suitable solutions and sustainable decisions \u2013 precisely what many of my clients appreciate. <br><br>Momentum is also noticeable again in the commercial sector. Investors and owner-occupiers are listening more closely, evaluating opportunities, and engaging in more discussions. This differentiated perspective shows that the market is reorganizing itself.  <br><br>A look into the crystal ball for the coming year \ud83d\udd2e reveals: Capital investors are increasingly turning back to multi-family homes.
